Return and Refund Policy

Redeeming Eden strives to offer digital and physical resources that support your spiritual growth. Because many of our products are delivered instantly and intended for personal use, certain limitations apply. Please review the full policy below.

1. Digital Products (i.e., PDFs, Videos, Courses, Downloads)

All sales of digital products are final, as these items cannot be returned once delivered. Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

Duplicate purchases
Accidental multiple charges
Technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved by our team

All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date. Digital access is for the purchaser only and may not be shared or transferred.

2. Physical Products (if applicable)

Physical items may be eligible for return within 30 days if they meet the following criteria:

The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
The item is defective, damaged in shipment, or incorrect

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Live Courses, Workshops, and Retreats

Refunds follow this schedule unless otherwise stated for a specific program:

More than 7 days before the start date: full refund
Within 7 days of the start date: partial credit may be offered
After the program begins: no refunds, except in extraordinary or pastoral circumstances

4. How to Initiate a Return

Before returning any item or requesting a digital-product refund, contact us using our Contact Page:

Date of purchase
The product you wish to return
A brief explanation of your request
For physical items: a photo of the product and original packaging

We will review your submission and determine whether the product is eligible for return or refund under our policy.

4b. Await Return Authorization

For physical items, please wait for written approval before sending anything back. We will provide you with:

A return authorization
The proper return shipping address
Any necessary instructions

Unapproved or incorrectly shipped returns may not be accepted.

4c. Returning Physical Items

Once authorized:

Pack the item securely in its original packaging
Include your name and order number inside the package
Use a trackable shipping method

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4d. Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting a returned physical item—or confirming eligibility for a digital-product refund exception—we will notify you of the status of your refund.
