This is a ten-week live formation program designed for certified and trained spiritual directors who desire deeper clarity, theological grounding, and confidence in accompanying others through the 19th Annotation of the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius.

It combines prayer and reflection with principles and presentations, as well as case studies and group discussion, to encourage learning from each other and to offer a blueprint for the “Journey."

• Ten live, online 3-hour sessions led by Janet Lees.
• Recorded replays of each session (not available for download, must be viewed through the course platform, available for 2 weeks after course ends).
• Supplemental online resources.
• Case studies, reflection questionnaires, and guided integration.
• A private 30-minute 1:1 session with Janet (limited availability)
• Two optional post-course gatherings designed for those discerning participation in an ongoing peer supervisory group.
• Private cohort virtual community.
• Certificate of Completion, upon request, for those who complete the course.
